I really enjoyed attending #TrustSummit, the virtual conference focused on trust and foundation fundraising organised by Apollo Fundraising and Fundraising Everywhere, last week.

Julia Ammon, with tips for trust and grants fundraisers on on how to boldly thrive as a fundraiser in this pandemic.
"You are a great fundraiser! You are thinking about your confidence and resilience. That is amazing."
Julia will give tips in this session on how to bounce back if your confidence dips.
"Remember that you are the expert!" Note down your achievements that have nothing to do with money. Trust your own expertise on whether not to apply sometimes!
esilience is an over-used term. What does it mean? Elastic? Bouncing back from application rejections? It takes time to bounce back from rejection, and easy to take it personally. "I put so much pressure on myself. It wasn't healthy at all."
How to handle rejection boldly: Get/share feedback, & use it to improve future work. Think about how you're framing feedback. How can you turn negative thoughts to +ve ones? "I did the best I possibly could given t
