“Letting the Human in” – my notes from Bright Spot Breakfast Club for Fundraising Leaders
Yesterday I attended the Bright Spot Breakfast Club for fundraising leaders, which included great presentations from Desiree D'Souza and Katie Simmons.
Desiree spoke about maximising your impact with limited resources, while Katie presented on how she and colleagues at the British Red Cross prioritised staff and volunteer wellbeing during the pandemic. I particularly liked the Feelings Wheel which Katie shared, and plan to use it.
