I very much enjoyed attending the virtual conference on small charities organised by Fundraising Everywhere recently. My notes on some of the sessions can be found below. They wanted to make sure we got through the pandemic. The outpouring of love overwhelmed us... After research we decided to launch a brand new membership scheme." "We designed a tier scheme, including circle members and legacy pledgers. We are a small team with a small budget. We needed a simple way to steward all our members, communicating with them regularly and effectively" "We were back in lockdown when we launched!We prioritised a two week period to focus on it. We wanted people to feel part of the theatre family from the very start. That they had an immediate connection that made them feel special."  "Would people compl
